Coach Radden (Founder)

Dwaine Radden Sr. has always lived by the code Discipline, Determination, Dedication for years. His life code has led him into the Minor League Hall of Fame. He is noted as one of the top Minor League Coaches in Southern California. He has been a proven winner through  out all levels of coaching sports and business. He is the father of five children with his long time wife Melinda Radden and the Head Coach of the Semi-Pro football team California Raiders.

Radden was born in New York City but raised In the south (North Carolina, Tennessee) where he started his football journey at a young age. He played running-back for South Rowan and David Crockett High School, then went on to play a season for East Tennesee State where he suffered a career ending knee injury. His playing days were now over but football was never finished. Radden move to California with next to nothing but a dollar and a dream. He began coaching youth football in 1990 to 2004, engraving his code through out generations of work. His work can still be shown today through San Bernardino Pop Warner, in which he revived after being defunct several years before 1997.

He created a competitive energy in the city with several players coming out of the Youth Football League such as Chris Polk University of Washington (Philadelphia Eagles), Rodney Harris University of Kansas (Speed Coach), Gary Walker University of Idaho (2013 NFL Draft Prospect), Dewayne Booker Wayland Baptist (Track and Field) just to name a few. Coach Radden has been coaching passionately  with no breaks in between,  now currently head coaching a semi pro team that has won consistently over the past 10  years with 4 Championship Titles and one National Championship appearance. He has conference titles, championships, and rings, but none of these accolades mean anything to a coach who's  only dream was to change the culture and mind set of young men and women throughout a city where opportunities are limited and dreams are scarce.

"And we know that all things work together for good, to those who love God, and to those who are called according to his purpose." -Romans 8:28
